Panel on Pathways to College Completion
Agenda
WASHINGTON – TOMORROW, May 24th, Reps. Jared Polis (CO-02) and Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), both members of the Committee on Education and the Workforce, will host a panel with experts and practitioners on the different pathways to college completion. Specifically, the panelists will focus on dual enrollment programs, which provide high school students the opportunity to take college courses during their junior and senior year of high school, and competency-based education (CBE), an approach which allows college students to advance through their degrees based on their ability to master a skill or competency.
This event is part of Aim Higher, House Democrats’ legislative campaign of bold policy solutions to make higher education work for all students and their families.
