Scott and Democratic Leadership to Hold Roundtable on Paid Leave

WASHINGTON – TUESDAY, February 6th, on the 25th anniversary of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03), Committee on Education and the Workforce Ranking Member along with Democratic leadership, will hold a roundtable discussion on the economic case for a robust national paid leave plan, such as the Family and Medical Leave (FAMILY) Act (H.R. 947). Members will be able to hear from experts and advocates about national paid leave policies that support working people and the economic case for paid leave and learn.
