Committee Democrats, Progressive Caucus, Workers Highlight New Report on Labor Standards at CKE Restaurants

Committee Democrats, the Congressional Progressive Caucus and Restaurant Opportunities Centers (ROC) United will hold a press conference to unveil the findings of a new ROC United survey on labor and working conditions for employees at CKE Restaurants, Inc. The Members of Congress will be joined by workers from Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s.  The report details wage and hour violations, health and safety violations, working while sick, discrimination, unfair treatment, and sexual harassment at CKE Restaurants.
